<image:caption>Sydney Schulz - a certified yoga instructor (200-Hour YTT), Master-level Usui Reiki practitioner, and holder of a Master’s degree in Business Psychology. My approach to teaching yoga blends traditional movement and breathwork with energy healing and psychological insight, creating a holistic experience that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. My academic background in Business Psychology gives me a deep understanding of stress, motivation, and the mind-body connection—insights I weave into my classes and one-on-one sessions. As a new mom, I’ve learned the power of presence, patience, and adaptability, which have transformed my personal practice and teaching style. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking deeper alignment in your body and life, I offer a grounded, nurturing space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your truth. I believe that healing and growth begin with self-awareness, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where others can reconnect with their inner strength, balance, and calm—no matter where they are on their journey. Let’s grow together—on the mat and beyond.</image:caption>

Isometric holds help to build muscle, feel your body supporting you, experience and recognize patterns of thinking, and ground the nervous system.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Classes - Yin</image:title>
<image:caption>Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. What to expect in a typical Yin yoga class A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin is almost entirely passive, although some Yin asanas contain Yang elements. During the asanas, muscles are relaxed to avoid muscle spasm, which could result from engaging muscles for long periods.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Classes - Vin to Yin</image:title>
<image:caption>Vin to Yin blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the deep connective tissues and joints in the body. Vinyasa, in contrast, refers to a more active practice, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Expect a balanced, revitalizing, and rejuvenating flow. This practice is suitable for practitioners of all levels.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Classes - Restorative</image:title>
<image:caption>Our Restorative practice focuses on passive postures to get deep into your body and mind to find ease and openness. This class uses a lot of props to support your body while gently holding and moving through a slow, gentle sequence of basic floor yoga postures. Postures will be on your back, seated, hands and knees, or on your belly. Modifications are offered throughout the practice. Whether winding down from your busy day, recovering from an injury, or needing to find self reflection. This class is restful, opening and rejuvenating. Gentle Restorative is accessible to all levels of Yogis looking to relax.</image:caption>
